Todd’s introduction to all things Mac was an Apple II, working on it with his father to support the family business. Beginning with what was essentially a glorified calculator, Todd was soon developing programs to create credit payment schedules, and creating targeted mailings based on mail merge. As the customer lists grew bigger, they exceeded the capacity of the computers, so Todd began figuring out how to upgrade them to meet the company’s needs. And then, of course, if computers didn’t work, Todd jumped in to repair them!
This work led to the discovery that Todd loves helping people and fixing computers. And he’s been on that trajectory ever since, including getting his degree in business management with a minor in management information systems. With more than 20 years in the business, Todd continues to have his pulse on new developments in the technology arena.

Manages all things accounting for AllMac. With over 20 years of experience in the business field, including market research, Gail is responsible for all bookkeeping, administration, and policies and procedures.
Gail enjoys keeping up with all the latest technology and gadgets through her work with AllMac. In her spare time, you can find Gail with her family and friends at either a concert or the beach.

If you are Mac-proficient, have some network experience, and are a great troubleshooter, you may be perfect for our team. We are always looking for technicians with a positive attitude, solid communication and customer service skills, and the skilled ability to work with minimal oversight. Since we provide onsite services to customers, we prefer that you have a relatively short commute to Manhattan, like traveling around the city, and enjoy developing customer relationships.
