Types of agreements

We typically work with clients in one of two ways:

Retainer agreement

Under a retainer agreement, you specify when you would like regular visits from AllMac. Frequency can be customized and is typically daily, weekly, twice a month, or monthly. We agree on a number of hours and a basic scope; anything beyond that scope gets brought to you for explicit agreement to proceed. A retainer agreement offers you peace of mind, since we’ll be monitoring and maintaining systems on a regular basis.

Hourly rates

One-off, special projects can be handled on an hourly basis. Examples include ordering and installing new computers, making significant network changes, upgrading your backup system, etc.
