Retainer
Under a retainer agreement, you specify when you would like regular visits from AllMac. Frequency can be customized and is typically daily, weekly, twice a month, or monthly. We agree on a number of hours and a basic scope; anything beyond that scope gets brought to you for explicit agreement to proceed. A retainer agreement offers you peace of mind, since we’ll be monitoring and maintaining systems on a regular basis.
As needed
With an as-needed agreement, we are typically tackling special projects for you, such as helping to order and install new computers, making significant network changes, upgrading your backup system, etc.
